PixelPlay Valentine’s Day Draw Rules:

1. Eligibility:

   • This giveaway is open to residents of Timmins, Ontario, aged 18 and older.
   • Employees of PixelPlay and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.

2. How to Enter:

   • Participants must complete all of the following steps:
     • Share the giveaway post directly from the PixelPlay Facebook page to their own timeline.
     • Like the PixelPlay Facebook page.
     • Tag two friends in the comments of the giveaway post.
   • No purchase necessary to enter or win.

3. Giveaway Period:

   • The giveaway begins on February 1, 2025, and ends at midnight EST on February 14, 2025.
   • Entries submitted before or after the giveaway period will not be eligible.

4. Prize:

   • The winner will receive a Date Night Package, which includes:
     • A $100 gift card to Lot 88 Steakhouse.
     • Two tickets to Imagine Cinemas Cinema 6.
     • A box of delicious chocolates.
   • The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Winner Selection:

   • A random draw will be conducted on February 15, 2025, to select the winner from all eligible entries received during the giveaway period.
   • The winner will be notified via Facebook and must respond within 48 hours to claim their prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, a new winner will be drawn.

6. General Conditions:

   • By participating in this giveaway, entrants agree to abide by these official rules and the decisions of the organizer, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.
   • Participants consent to the use of their names and images in promotional material by PixelPlay without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.

7. Privacy:

   • All personal information collected for this draw will be used solely for the purpose of managing the giveaway and will not be sold or distributed to third parties.

8. Release and Limitations of Liability:

   • By entering, participants agree to release and hold harmless PixelPlay and its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim or damage arising out of participation in this giveaway or receipt or use of any prize.

9. Disputes:

   • This giveaway is subject to all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations. Any disputes shall be governed by the laws of Ontario.
